The raw material entering Mehran Vacuum Fence Refining Company is batum, which after entering the factory after sampling, testing and quality approval, enters aeration towers and is aerated based on the desired degree of penetration.
The use of penetrating bitumen is mainly in road construction. For areas with warmer climates, stiffer bitumen (lower degree of penetration) is used, and for areas with colder climates, looser bitumen (higher degree of penetration) is used.
